Responsive Design stopped working

On my site dagou.de which i am currently building, the responsive design has suddenly stopped working in chrome. I can’t figure out why. It’s using vantage pro theme.

Possible Contact Form Widget bug

Using the options panel for the Contact Form Widget, I can customize all of the styles except the background color. It doesn’t work.
