Flip Box sizing issue with mobile display

My site is www.moldbadmold.com I used the flipbox widget on the front page, and it looks great on the desktop, but when you look on mobile it looks good ok unless you turn the phone sideways to get a bigger…

My default posts are posting white on white

I’ve finally worked out that the posts I am making are white on white, this is not something I’ve consciously changed. Please advise how I enusre that posts and page contents are black on white?
