Featured image in the grid posts

Hi. I have a problem with the featured image of my posts: it is became 236 X 147 pixels in my grid posts. Can someone help me to put them back to 236 X 236 pixels.

Give title element a class?

Hi all, I would like to give the inside of my widget-title a class. I can only put a class on the widget, and not a class on the title inside of the widget.
