Parallax in Vantage Premium 2.4.4

Is Parallax capability available in the Vantage Premium theme. If it is, I can't find out where in the theme settings that would be.

Css editor works only on 1st page

Hello, I am trying to embed a video into my website directly from a youtube link. When I go to embed it, it disappears once I hit save changes. Please help!
