Vantage Premium no page templates option

I can’t find page template option, I want to add a blog page. Why?

In the live editor panel on the left where you have icons for ad row, widgets etc, on the right can a icon be added that links to the Admin>Setting>Customizer. This would be really useful as more and more themes…
