Plus-Influence theme error 151

When I choose the option to 'Use First Page Builder Row', I get the below error when I update and reload my page. Php on line 151 This is driving me nuts, any help would be appreciated.

Page builder only shows a rolling wheel while trying to make changess an the it blocks for hours. How to make the changes?
