Why when I make a change on a page it just changes my formatting HTML code very frustrating. I changed an image and it got rid of some formatting I had?????

Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible to add a header or title to a row that has columns in it. I would like to add text above the columns but in the same row/section. Thank you.
