Header image into sticky menu on scroll down

I have the sticky menu enabled, but the header image above the menu bar. I would like to keep it there but have the logo or a little icon appear to the far right of the sticky menu when scrolled down below the header....

Hi There was too much space underneath the menu on all pages of my website. I have tried reducing the padding, reducing the font size and various combinations. I see that there is quite a bit of space between the last menu item and the search icon.

Additionally it works if you go revert to the default theme. The actual issue is that the paypal fully load during the order process.

It responds right on all browsers on the computers when viewing the site on mobile devices it does not respond right. It duplicates up and down, it doesn't center right and at time populates the entire header.

Hello, I have set up a test environment for my already running wordpress website with the Vantage theme. After I got everything running some of the widgets aren't showing up properly formatted.

Page Builder dont show up on existing sites or when you want to create new sites when the LayerSlider WP plugin is activated. Wordpress Version 4.2.2 evolveplus theme Page builder SiteOrigin Panel Version 2.1.2 LayerSlider WP 5.3.2 Also LayerSlider won't work if the page builder ist installed.
