Background Image For Headline Widget Not Clickable

I reinstalled and also deactivated the few plugins I have currently installed. I still cannot click the 'select image' button.

Unwanted sidebar cant be removed even with page builder template…

When converting some of my ‘default template’ pages (that included a sidebar) back to page builder full page template (without sidebar), the sidebar is still showing up and cant be removed…? any ideas URL: http://warrenkibblewhite.com

Through 'inspect element' in my Chrome browser, this is the css.... By the way, it has also taken away my footer on all pages although I can add widgets to the footer area.

I 've added again the widget in the remote site, but now, instead of woocommerce products, it shows the latest posts. In the widget it 's possible set the title and template.
