I want to creat a footer with a menu above some infomation. Add a second menu, add a visual editor, but text don't appear : How can make some text under menu.

When I go to Visual Editor there is only the top toolbar with bold, italic buttons etc. No second toolbar underneath with paragraph, fonts buttons etc.

All the links in the content area have space around them. I am not good with CSS, I have CSSHero, but it says there is nothing there, but obviously there is.
