Corp Theme – Logo and Site Title inline

I followed the directions here to display the Site Logo and Site Title at the same time. Is there an easy way to get these displayed inline?

Since I updated the plugin this afternoon, nothing I made with the plugin works. It does not load or show on our page. We used this plugin to make most of our website with relevant information. HELP.
