2Hi Rico
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the hassle.
We’re very lightly staffed for the next two weeks so I’ll do my best to get an initial report logged today. Can you perhaps send me a screenshot for each of the above steps. I’m trying to walk the path you’ve laid out but I’m not sure about a few points. Screenshots would really help speed that up if you’re keen? You could perhaps upload them to Drive or any sort of online storage location and share the link.
A visual via screenshots or screenshots would be awesome for:

Hi Rico,
In addition to Andrew’s comment, I’ve investigated the provided error, and the line number doesn’t align with the current release version of Page Builder. For reference, the current version is: 2.36.0
Can you please confirm what version of Page Builder you’re using? You can find this by navigating to PluginsInstalled Plugins and scroll down to Page Builder by SiteOrigin. The version will be listed below the plugin description.
Also, can you please clarify which WPML plugins you’re using and their respective versions?
Kind regards,
Alex
