Parallax scrolling can be added to Page Builder row backgrounds using the plugin Parallax Scroll by Adam Rob. We're looking to set a 100% width Page Builder row with a 100% parallax scrolling background.

When I try and upload the Vantage theme to wordresss the it just hangs and wont upload. Any ideas why? I uploaded the North theme and that uploaded ok.
