Testimonial Widget formatting problems

Hi, I’m on WordPress 4.5.3, using the Influence theme with Pagebuilder. So far everything has been working really well until I started adding testimonials in the testimonial widget and changing design options. I specify a white text color on a colored background. All looks good in preview but when I save it and then refresh…
