Sorry, in the preview of the parallax effect in prebuilt layout i can see a full widht image as example But if I upload image i can see only a boxed image. Can you help me understand. Thank you. Gerardo

Maybe I did not understand where the short code is inserted for parallax. When I add text widget and paste the short code I see only as added text.

To select your masthead layout navigate to Appearance > Theme Settings > Layout. When i navigate in theme settings i can't select masthead menu.
