How to block one of the menu buttons?

Hello I have one primary Vantage menu on my website. One button from this menu have submenu. How to make a click of this button were don’t moving to any website. I want only submenu button did it, and ofcourse other buttons from primary menu. Best Regards SJ

Vantage theme not picking up style sheet

Never had this issue with Vantage before but when visiting a page it seems that the stylesheet isn’t picked up – often simply refreshing the page solves the problem which isn’t ideal for a new visitor!
