Dear all, After updating the page builder plugin the row amongst each other (2×2) instead of side by side (3 or more). What can i do? Best regards, Addy Volkerink

Featured images do Not replace

When I Replace a Featured image in a post, the image does NOT delete, it just adds to the post. So as you can see from the post below, Four featured images appear in the post.

Installed the Siteorigins CSS plugin, which is doing what it should. Inherited this page from someone who wanted it updated but has no information about how to log in to the web host.

i really like use your ‘css editor’ but any time i change the active theme, i loose the customizations any way to preserve it? regards sergio

Page Builder Won’t Save/Edit

Hello, Some of our website pages are made with Page Builder and some are not. Only if I delete the whole page and start over again can I complete an edit.

Video in the So Vantage slider loads twice

One hint... when WPide was activated briefly by a developer working on another issue... the video in the slider stopped working... and during that time, it still loaded, but only loaded once. Video, is of course, a larger file, and so loading twice causes a bit of a ding on home page load speeds.

Sticky menu and ‘display scroll to top’ not working on mobile

I currently am developing a website using Vantage Premium, but the sticky menu and 'display scroll to top' functionality is not working on a mobile device. I have selected all options in theme settings, like responsive menu, sticky menu and display scroll to top, but it doesn't get sticky.

Delayed animation of SiteOrigin Hero within Custom Sidebars and Page Builder

I am putting am animated series of Hero frames with Buttons on my home page by means of a SiteOrigin Custom Sidebar widget. Inside the widget I hvae a Layout Builder and with that I have the SiteOrigin Hero widget.

installing Uber Mega Menu plugin

don’t see an option to add new, or install a plug in. just able to see the currently installed plugins. How can I get this plug in installed? thank you
