Hi, When I change something for theme, the reaction is too late. For examle, If I change a footer element, It's about 30minute and more that the reaction is reflected to site.

All was working OK. Not aware anything changed but now when HHVM starts pagebuilder stops working. I can make changes in standard editor and it is fine.

Searched the forum but nothing appears for this option. All new visitors need to be notified that cookies are in use by a way of a popup in which they press an OK or I Agree button to proceed before using the site.
