Hero Widget on Mobile

I’ve installed the hero widget at the top of the homepage here: http://cincygutterboys.com/ It’s not scaling for mobile. Rather, the text does, but the images don’t. I’ve read mixed things on forums posts that indicate it’s impossible or that scaling can be achieved using viewport settings. Has anyone had any luck with this? Thank you!

Any ideas would help… my problem is below. I see that CSS files get auto-created inside /wp-content/uploads/siteorigin-widgets/ for my Hero widget for each new page.
