I just upgraded to 5.0.1. When I open a page to edit instead of displaying the familiar Page Builder it exhibits a line of code (see below). I am unable to edit my pages or revert to Page Builder. What the heck is going on? Please respond soon as I cannot currently make updates to…

When I updated to PHP 7.2 (as required by WordPress), all page builder functionalities disappeared and, when editing pages, I can’t even access the “Visual” tab–it automatically sends me to the “HTML” tab and is unresponsive when I try to make the switch. I have some very basic HTML knowledge, but definitely not enough to…

Hello, after updating to WP 5.0.1 and PageBuilder to 2.9.7, I am experiencing a problem when trying to edit/update existing posts. Everything works fine when I create new pages or new posts; no problem when I open an existing page, but opening an existing post, I don’t see the PageBuilderEditor. Thank you for the support.…

I have a managed WordPress package which has three separate websites on it all using Pagebuilder. If I upgrade to Premium on one site, will this be a one off cost for all three sites, or is there an additional fee?

Hi, I’ve also found this same problem with 5.01 and the previous threads settings work for new posts thanks, however, when editing old posts and pages, I still have the classic editor and the new-fangled look, but not the S.O. Gutenberg view, is that something we can manually bring back too? Many thanks for your…

Most of the pages on my site https://allenvisionin.com/ use SiteOrgin PageBuilder. My site uses the HighEnd theme. This theme requires WP-Bakery PageBuilder. I have done everything your support and WP-Bakery‘s support suggests to allow Gutenberg editor to work — and it won’t Co-operate. My primary interest is in posts. I’ve disableD “Posts” in both page…

Creating a new page using the dropdown option (SiteOrigin Page Builder) works but when you hit Publish when there’s no widgets, it defaults to Gutenberg. Adding a widget and then publishing would keep the builder after page reload. Is this how it’s supposed to work or is it a bug?

My website was recently upgraded to the new WordPress 5.01. The current page builder I am using is 2.9.7. When I try to write a post I get the old classic editor. I have been using Gutenberg and I have gotten used to using the block style. When I disable my page builder I am…
