Hi. I am unable to keep formatting for post pages using WP natively or using PageBuilder. I have set up a user for you so if you email me I will send you login info. Thank you.

    Hi Georgia

Is this an example of a post page: http://vziplaw.com/provisional-patent-applications/. Can you let me know what you mean by “not retaining formatting”. Please send through a bit more on this and we’ll try assist.

Hi Andrew. Yes. The page is not keeping paragraph breaks when I make them in the visual mode and not adding a space between the paragraphs it does ‘see’. I can code them in but this will be the clients world and I want to make sure he can do what he needs to. Thank you.

    Thanks for the extra info.

The link we’re discussing is using the Black Studio TinyMCE. You’d need to troubleshoot it from that angle. The core question is why Black Studio TinyMCE Visual Editor widget isn’t adding paragraphs or breaks. Try running through the usual steps here:

    1. Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates. Re-test.
    2. De-activate all plugins except for Page Builder and Black Studio. Re-test.
    3. Switch to Twenty Fourteen. Re-test.

(Because there isn’t much going on here: http://vziplaw.com/provisional-patent-applications/ I’d recommend using the regular Visual Editor and not Page Builder for a post like that.)
