Using Page Builder in “Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce”

Hey there,

I’m using the SiteOrigin Page Builder in all of my projects and “Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce” for some of them.
I could not manage to use Page Builder in the Product Tabs crated with Costum Product Tabs even though I activated the Page Builde for all post types. Is there any possibility?

    Hi YUK

Thanks for reaching out and for your support.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Custom Product Tabs are recognized as a post type. This is perhaps a request you could send to the developers. I’ll ask Alex our developer to comment further if he has any ideas.

    Hi YUK,

I’ve had a look at how Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce works, and unfortunately not able to work out of the box as the editor isn’t a standard post type. For custom TinyMCE instances, developers need to manually add support for Page Builder by selectively overriding the editor and injecting ours. That’s a bit of a complicated task but we would be happy to provide direction and suggestions on how to do this to developers if they reach out to us for assistance.

    Kind regards,
    Alex

    Hello Andrew and Alex,

thanks for your replies. I will try to contact the developers of the plugin and ask them to contact you.
I would really love to make that work, because that would be a very powerful combination.

    Best regards from Germany
