SiteOrigin Link missing in WordPress

5 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 5 years ago

Hello,

In your installation tutorial a link in the WordPress menu appears “SiteOrigin” and it has a logo of an elephant.

Unfortunately, after installation, i cannot find this link in the WordPress menu.

Do you have any thoughts as to why this happens?

Thanks!

    Hi Sergiu

Are you using SiteOrigin Premium? If so, you’ll need to install the SiteOrigin Premium plugin to make use of the menu item mentioned in your question.

    Dear Andrew,

Thank you for your reply. I am using the free version. If I understand correctly, the free version does not benefit from the menu I described?

    Thank you

    Hi Sergiu

Were you perhaps browsing documentation in the following section? Page: SiteOrigin Premium Documentation. If so, the SiteOrigin menu item with the elephant icon is the menu section for the SiteOrigin Premium plugin.
