Hello. I am revamping my site and made some disturbing discoveries. First, using page builder I have a page with 2 columns of info: a stack of images to the left and a stack of written content to the right. When I view this on my iphone 6 it does not stack the two columns as I would expect a responsive site to do but shows them both so the images are too small to matter and the written content is a long string of 2 words to a line.
In the same pages on my desktop I tried to do a share onto Pinterest using 3 different services. For each of them I get the same error message when I try to post – something like Oops, this is not a real image.
There are other smaller issues but these two are the biggest.

Exact message: Oops! This is not a valid image.
Hey Georgia :)
Head over to Settings > Page Builder > Layout and ensure that Responsive Layout is checked.
For the Pinterest issue you’d need to try troubleshoot. Do these services work in widgets when inserted at Appearance > Widgets. If not, they won’t work in Page Builder. That’s a good place to start.
OK. I will keep on the Pinterest issue. But the other setting is alread set to Responsive.
Thanks for the update.
Try testing Page Builder with all other plugins temporarily de-activated at once and see if the responsive issue changes.
I will have to come back to you on this – there are some server issues. Thank you. Talk tomorrow.
For sure.
So it turned out to be a plugin issue and once I discovered the culprit then this issue disappeared. Thank you for your help!
Awesome :) Really glad to hear you made progress.
All the best.
