Problems with installation of pro version

I installed the free theme. After i paid for the pro i tried to install it with de order number , but te whole site crashed.
We used a backup to repair the site.

Are there special rules or rigths for the installation folders. Wat is the problem ??

    Sorry to hear about this experience. It’s very unusual and not something I’ve come across before. Given that you ran into issues using auto-upgrade it might be best to manually upgrade. Here are the instructions:

    The ZIP file required for this manual upgrade can be downloaded via the link provided in your order confirmation email.
