problem when updating

I am in the same situation as some of my colleagues. I can not modify the “Layout Builder” blocks. I can not update text fields, nor HTML. Nor can I save the configuration, delete blocks or delete them. I tried to download the Json and it does not work either. Thank you.

    Hi Ibravos,

To confirm, are you using the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder?

If so, this sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

If that doesn’t help, what exactly happens when you try and attempt to edit the layout builder? Are you presented with an error message?

Hey Thanks for answering. Now I pretend about the complements.
The problem is that he keeps thinking and does not actauliza me, save or open the blocks of text or html. Some yes and others no.
    I’m using :
Page Builder by SiteOrigin Version 2.6.3
    SiteOrigin CSS Version 1.1.5
    SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle Version 1.11.5

I have already activated the plugins one by one and nothing.
The problem is that I can not alter some of the “Layout Builder”. If there is a TEXT inside them.
It does not let me erase or modify them. I can also download the json of that “Layout Builder”.

    Thank you very much

    Hi ibravos

A quick follow-up here. Did the problem resolve when deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins? If the problem did not resolve at that point then there is no need to reactivate plugins one by one. The important part of the test is, does the issue go away with all other plugins deactivated. If the issue does not go away at that point then it’s most likely not a plugin conflict so there is no need to reactivate plugins one by one. This is a common misunderstanding in the plugin conflict test so I just wanted to confirm. Thanks.
