Premium Contact Form, autoresponder not working

I am new to WP, but learning :) I created a Contact Form with reCAPTCHA and it is working in general, but does not send an autoresponse. Any idea what I do wrong?

Also, I have a second issue: once the Send button is clicked and the form disappears. I wish it simply state that the message has been sent and present a “clean” form, in case another message is to be sent.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Peter,

    The SiteOrigin Contact Form allows for an autoresponder through the Download: SiteOrigin Premium Contact Form Plugin addon. Have you enabled this functionality and configured it with your contact form? If so, would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this please open up your contact page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

    Unfortunately, this isn’t directly possible at this time. The SiteOrigin Contact Form is designed to show the only the Success Message upon successful form submission. I’ve logged this as a feature request.

    By the way, if you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab). Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin Premium License in your email.

    Hi Alex,

    I tried to follow your instructions for exporting the widget, but could not find that button in Layout. Also, they asked for an invite code at teknik.io, so I could not creeate an account and send you anything. I have the “”Use autoresponder”” checked. It seems pretty straight forth but …

    Anyway, I sent an email to the support account (yes, I got premium) and pasted some screenshots to see if that helps.
