So I am doing parallax effect on a page. It works fine on the desktop browser. But on the ipnone and ipad I get the space, no picture just white background and whatever letters I have there.

Here is the page: http://distritohispano.foursquare.org/mision-bolivia/

Please help. Thanks.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Yader

    Thanks for reaching out.

Are you still using parallax on this page: http://distritohispano.foursquare.org/mision-bolivia or have you moved over to a regular covered background?

I still am. I was just testing other options but I still get the same thing. I will put all of it back up. Now. Thanks for any help.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for your feedback. I’m unsure as to the cause. Could you please, try a quick test? Temporarily deactivate all plugins not by SiteOrigin and retest, does the issue on mobile persist?

Thank you. I will try this now and will let you know.

Now I deactivated all the plugins and I still get the same thing. No images. At the very least I would like for images to show. I tried to do this by doing a cover image, but still get white. I also tried the adamrob parallax plugin and it permanently has white spaces on top and bottom. In the ipad it gave me a

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for sharing your feedback :) We think it could be due to the size of your parallax image. It’s around 1mb in size. Can you perhaps try saving to a smaller size and uploading again. Let us know how that goes. Something around 256k might be better suited.

Thank you so much. That worked. I reduced the images to about 400kb and now they show and even do the effect. Not as smooth, but passable. The issue now is that the image does not fill the space. It gets cut and you see a white background within the square as you move up. This happens in the ipad.Is there a way to place the image at the top of the space? Thanks for all your help. Much appreciated.

    Hi, I Work Here

Glad that helped. The upcoming Page Builder update should sort the jumpiness out.

The image seems to be filling nicely on my side. Did you select Parallax or Parallax Original Size. Parallax, the first option should be the one to use.

    Hello,

My parallax images do not work anymore either. the image size is about 150kb.

In fact, since I updated the plugin a few days I had a lot of issues with it. In order for any change to take effect, I have to save draft > close page/post and then go back in to see the changes. In the past, simple image change did the trick. At time it fees like the old image just gets stuck in the row. Even closing and reopening the post does not help.

    Thanks for your support.
