Buffer external video

When I post an externally hosted video, the player starts playing without buffering, resulting in a very slow playback when using a moderately slow connection. Can I force Focus-videos to buffer the video?

Can we edit the Demo Slider in Vantage theme?

I know I can duplicate the Demo slider but the silde is not available to edit as is. Is there a way to load the slide?
