Nowhere to enter my Vantage Premium Order#

It looks like you updated the Vantage theme. With the older version, I could easily enter my order ID number. Now, there is nowhere to enter the premium order number. Where is it? How can I update to premium?

I would like to remove site origin for the vantage footer and upgrade to premium package Hi How do I paid for your premium package that package is not longer available when I add your vantage theme on wordpress
