NetBase Widgets Not Working/Found

I see they are actually installed, but the site editor (am examining home page) isn’t finding the widgets and reporting “Missing Widget”

403 Forbidden on New Clean Install

Hi, I have just stated a new fresh, clean, empty wordpress site. I’ve added 3 test posts. I get 403 Forbidden whenever I go to Appearance -> Customise As this is a new empty site essentially with no other plugins…
