Error after wordpress 4.7 update

i updated wordpress now to find errors while previewing some pages here is a screenshot of the error

SiteOrigin_Widgets_ContactForm_Widget is missing

It seems that i can not find Contact form in the plugin search nor it appears in the SiteOrigin Widget Bundle. has it been removed?
