text widget not working

I am trying to update a “text” widget but the content area is blank…all I can see is the “widget style” boxes… I also updated to the latest version (Version 1.9.10). Please advise, Eric

Hello, I am not able to update SiteOrigin Premium ver. 1.0.3 to 1.0.6. Getting message saying download is unauthorized. License shows as active for SiteOrigin Premium. Thanks.
