I am using WordPress 4.3.1 Rockettheme Ambrosia theme with Gantry 5 When working with Pagebuilder, my changes to pages won’t save.

This is the error I get now. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/dalebgsh/public_html/wp-content/themes/vantage-child/functions.php on line 16 I cannot access anything in wordpress now ? , I reinstalled a backup for now , any idea ?
