Adding a row in the Sela theme

I have to keep it to Front page template and not full page as the client wants the homepage to look like its on the demo site. How can I send you a screen shot.

Vantage, row layout width in page editor

I found this to be too narrow so I tried 'full width stretched' but this ends up being too wide. How can I change this to something in between please.
