Livemesh grid gone

I used to have a livemesh grid, but after updating my widgets its gone. It now says: The widget LSOW_Portfolio_Widget is not available” I cant find it anywhere. Anyone know how to solve this?

Hero Image Widget is on top of the header when scrolled
