My client just bought Site Origin Premium and got the Paypal receipts, but nothing else. How to we unlock those features in the plugin on his website?

Sorry if there is documentation already on how to do this, but how do I make this Corp theme header nav (and footer section) stretch full-width to the browsers width? All I try is still sticking within the main container…
