Header image misaligned

Hi, wondering if you could help with an image problem in the header. Png This is happening with an image inserted into the visual editor widget which is placed within the header.

anchor tag disappears from editor

In this thread a solution is given for anchor tags moving behind a fixed header. However the will disappear from the siteorigin editor widget everytime you open the editor, wether in visual mode or not.
