Social Media button widget has disappeared

The social media button widget is no longer appearing in my main menu. I’ve tried other plugins in the main menu and they are working ok, it’s just SiteOrigins that seems to be the issue.

http://mybrooklands.com uses Ultimate Addons for SiteOrigin widget (I’m using the HTML carousel). The widget stopped working. The WordPress admin says the widget is missing. I’m seeing a warning: Count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable…
