Increase All font sizes

I have been doing this individually via custom css but some things just are not changing. I want the entire site to be increased in one statement and then I can tweak it from there.

Single Post not in page builder container

Vantage Premium and Page Builder and the static home page with 2 columns. I am trying to use a blog loop that querys the latest post to display a single post with the content-single.
