How to get rid of unwanted white space for Sydney theme

Hey all, trying to remove the white space on my home page. Here is my site, btgym.com Unsure how to go about it as I have tried to add my own CSS code but no luck. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I see BUG issue after new update. https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFi3bVFJch I’m on my localhost to test. Problem is when i use layout widget, i choose 2 columns, but in front are not ok, are not ok. Plese check viodeo.

I used the Site Origin Contract Form widget but I always receive all the emails in the spam folder. How I can fix this problem? Thank you so much! Dalila
