Full Width Images

I inserted an image into a page builder row and would like it to expand across the screen regardless of user Zoom settings. In its current state it shrinks and becomes smaller and not as wide as the page when Zoom settings are lowered below 100%. Settings for the row are Full Width Stretched.

I also couldn't find any indication that it would have been due to any particular update from any of the other installs - wordpress, theme, plugins etc. Htaccess file which didn't work, then systematically went through the plugins and determined it was Page Builder - version 2.2.1 installed.
