The class declaration “updated” is missing from the function vantage_posted_on() in the tag, which causes Google to complain. Please include in the next update.

I have had custom urls for my pages for several months. I recently changed a page name and the associated permalink. Hi, When my users register as subscribers they get the black WordPress tool bar at the top. How can I remove this so it doesn’t show be default?
