Footer to bottom of the page

Im using the vantage theme in boxed mode but as there is not much content on the main page it does not hit the bottom of the screen on every monitor/browser. Is there a way to make the footer always stretch to the bottom of the page to lose that nasty empty space.

I'm using your premium version of vantage theme. I've two rows with two columns in my footer area and when I open the site on my mobile they pile up and do not show side by side, even though I've selected responsive layout.
