CSS menu and search icon different size

Meta Slider

For instants a normal flex at the top and a different slide carousel underneath that. Also with the premium version of Meta slider does the carousel stop once the mouse is hovered over a particular slide and can you link a different url 'page' to each individual slide with in the carousel.

I have two similar rows, as I am trying to see which style I like better, but I am having the button alignment issue in both rows. I am also trying to get rid of the white space between the bottom row of the home page and the footer.
