Hi there,
The menu symbol is there (in the header) but I have to swipe the hero widget, which is under tha header, to the left to see the menu icon.
There is some extra space next to the hero widget (I don’t know why) which “pushes” the menu icon out of the width of the mobile screen.
I have two language versions of my website. The one shows correctly on the mobile screen, the other doesn’t. I cannot find the mistake.
Thanks for help.
Hi Margaret
Thanks for getting in touch.
Do you perhaps have a public URL where we can look at what’s going on?
Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your quick reply.
My website is http://www.excellab.at, English and German versions. On mobile the German version shows ok, the problem is with the English version.
Thank you for your help.
Margaret
Hi Margaret
The header and the mobile menu aren’t under our control. That said; it seems to be working normally for me.
A potential issue on the home page is your map has a fixed width of 450px which is wider than the screen on mobile. You could perhaps try the SiteOrigin Google Maps Widget which will offer a flexible width. The SiteOrigin Google Maps Widget requires an API key to be inserted at PluginsSiteOrigin WidgetsGoogle Maps: Settings. A bit more on that here Page: Google Maps. Thanks.
Thank you. Yes, that was the problem.
Have a good day!
Margaret
Super, glad to hear you’re making progress.
All the best.
