I have experienced this same issue

New Update Messed Up Buttons and Social Media Icons

I can confirm disabling the SiteOrigin Content Cache as a workaround. The problem reappears when re-enabling it. Please let us know a permanent fix.

Hi YMT,
This issue is specifically due to the content cache. We’ve temporarily removed the content cache functionality in the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder, pending a recode.
