Hi. I am trying to add an embedded code for a matterport virtual tour using the siteorigin hero widget. It’s not displaying on my website. So far I’ve:
1. Added row on page.
2. Added widget.
3. Edit widget.
4. Add frame.
5. Paste embed code
6. Save/Update
All I’m getting is a grey line on my page.
Can anyone help?

Sorry for the delay.
I’ve had a look at your linked page and it appears you’ve removed the Hero widget where you’ve attempted adding the matterport virtual tour embed code. Would it be possible for you to either add the Hero widget back to the linked page or create a test page and link me that? This will allow me to inspect the Hero widget which should, in turn, allow me to work out what’s going wrong.
Can you also please send me a copy of the embed code? Please upload it Pastebin and send me the link – this is to avoid any potential for our forum to incorrectly filter it out.
Depending on the embed code works, its possible WordPress is filtering it out. Do you need to use a SiteOrigin Hero widget? I ask as you won’t be able to use it if WordPress is filtering it. Instead, I would either use a basic Custom HTML widget or a SiteOrigin Layout Slider (add the embed code to a Custom HTML widget added to the layout slider) – this widget can be activated by navigating to WP AdminPluginsSiteOrigin Widgets.
