Hero Image/Video not displaying

Hi. I am trying to add an embedded code for a matterport virtual tour using the siteorigin hero widget. It’s not displaying on my website. So far I’ve: 1. Added row on page. 2. Added widget. 3. Edit widget. 4. Add frame. 5. Paste embed code 6. Save/Update All I’m getting is a grey line…
