Error with Widget Settings

Hello,

sadly if i click on settings at any Widget Settings i only get an endless loading white page.
any idea how to solve the problem?

    It sounds like there might be a JavaScript error on the page. When you have a moment, please try checking for a working baseline. Does the issue resolve if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle?

    Thanks. At SettingsGeneral, are your WordPress and Site URL the same? If not, is it possible to make them the same given your server setup and the location of your WordPress folder?

    Might it be possible to reach out to your hosts, and show them the 400 error and ask if that URL is being blocked?

    Dear Andrew,

    the Server is Located at Azure (Microsoft)
    If you send me the URL i can contact Bitnami and Microsoft.
    Maybe they have an idea :)

    Thank you for the screenshot. I recommend forwarding the screenshot you provided us to Bitnami directly as they should be able to identify a related log on their end associated with that URL.
